Inconel 625 Parafusos prisioneiros – UNS N06625

UNS N06625 Alloy 625 stud bolts for corrosive marine, chemical and elevated-temperature bolting, manufactured from traceable bar with matching nuts and project documentation.

Descrição

Resposta rápida

Inconel 625 stud bolts use UNS N06625, a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy valued for broad corrosion resistance and useful strength without a mandatory age-hardening treatment. ASTM B446 defines multiple heat-treated or cold-worked grades, so the required condition must be stated rather than ordering “625” alone.

Why specify Inconel 625 parafusos prisioneiros?

Liga 625 é considerado para água do mar, cloreto, chemical processing and selected elevated-temperature duties. It offers a different strength and heat-treatment strategy from precipitation-hardened Alloy 718. The correct B446 grade, finished-fastener requirement and design allowables must be aligned.

Corrosion resistance and material limits

High nickel, chromium and molybdenum contents support resistance to many oxidizing and reducing environments and to localized attack in seawater. No alloy is immune to every acid concentration or contaminated process stream; review actual chemistry, aeração, temperature and crevice conditions.

Nota de engenharia: Material selection must be based on the complete process environment and governing design code. Product-page information is not a design allowable or a guarantee of service life.

Temperature and mechanical-property control

ASTM B446 distinguishes Grade 1, Nota 2 and cold-worked Grade 3 conditions with different intended service ranges and property objectives. Do not select a heat-treatment condition from a generic temperature claim; use the project code, stress analysis and ordered material specification.

Aplicações típicas

  • Offshore and subsea flange bolting
  • Água do mar, brine and desalination equipment
  • Chemical and pollution-control systems
  • Power-generation and exhaust connections
  • Marinho, aerospace and cryogenic equipment

Padrões, threads and flange fit-up

The material specification controls alloy chemistry, formulário do produto, heat treatment and mechanical tests. The finished-fastener specification controls stud manufacture and acceptance. The flange standard or bolting schedule controls diameter, thread and length. These documents perform different jobs and should all be identified at order review.

Cut threads and rolled threads can produce different dimensional, surface and residual-stress characteristics. State the required manufacturing method when it is a design requirement. Thread fit, end chamfers, nut engagement and exposed thread allowance must match the assembly procedure.

Nozes correspondentes, lubrication and galling control

High-alloy studs should be purchased as part of an engineered bolting system. Nut material and proof strength must support the specified stud properties without creating an unacceptable corrosion couple. Clean threads, controlled surface finish and an approved lubricant reduce galling and torque scatter.

Torque values are not universal. Friction coefficient, coating or lubricant, nut condition, tightening sequence and reuse policy all affect achieved preload. Use a project-approved torque-tension or hydraulic-tensioning procedure.

Fabricação, inspeção e documentação

Production can include material verification, sawing, preparação final, thread machining or rolling, cleaning, dimensional inspection and permanent identification. Heat numbers remain traceable through manufacturing. Additional controls can include PMI, dureza, tensile tests, impact tests, microstructure examination, testes de corrosão, ultrasonic testing or dye penetrant testing when specified.

Inspection documents should identify the ordered UNS grade, material specification and condition—not only a trade name. Inspeção de terceiros, EN 10204 3.2 certification and customer hold points can be incorporated before production when agreed.

What to include in your RFQ

Perguntas frequentes

Which ASTM B446 grade should be ordered?

The service and design basis determine whether Grade 1, Nota 2 ou Grau 3 is appropriate. State the required condition and mechanical properties on the purchase order.

Is Alloy 625 the same as Alloy 718?

Não. 625 is primarily solid-solution strengthened, enquanto 718 is precipitation hardenable and normally chosen when substantially higher strength is required.

Pode 625 stud bolts be used in seawater?

Liga 625 is widely considered for seawater service, but the full joint design, fendas, cathodic protection, temperature and process contaminants still require engineering review.

Are matching nuts and PMI available?

Sim. Specify nut material and properties, PMI extent, certificados, lubrication and any lot-level or piece-level traceability requirements.
