Hastelloy slip-on flanges are forged or plate-cut corrosion-resistant alloy flanges with a bore slightly larger than the pipe outside diameter, allowing the pipe to slide in before fillet welding. This flange type offers convenient installation, good alignment and cost-effective performance in low to medium pressure systems. 1. Kiểm tra thành phần hóa học
Chemical composition inspection is carried out to confirm the flange material matches the specified Hastelloy grade such as C276 or C22. Spectrometer or laboratory analysis verifies major alloying elements including nickel, chromium and molybdenum, as well as controlled limits for carbon, sulfur and phosphorus, ensuring compliance with the applicable material standard.
