1. Kiểm tra thành phần hóa học
Chemical composition inspection is performed to verify the selected flange material meets the specified standard such as ASTM A105, A182 F316 or other project grades. Spectrometer or laboratory analysis checks key alloying elements and impurity limits. This confirms the material is suitable for the required pressure, temperature and corrosion conditions before shipment.
