Traceability is the central test

A technically complete certificate is still unusable if its heat number cannot be found on the product or packing records. Check that marking, kuantitas, dimensions and grade agree with the delivered items.

Resolve discrepancies with the manufacturer before material release; do not edit vendor certificates locally.
