Dubleks 2205 dişli çubuk üretilir UNS S31803 or the more tightly controlled UNS S32205 dubleks paslanmaz çelik. Its mixed ferritic-austenitic microstructure provides higher strength than common austenitic stainless grades and useful resistance to chloride stress-corrosion cracking and localized corrosion.
ASTM A276 veya ASTM A479 can be specified for duplex stainless bar depending on the application. The purchase order should identify the exact UNS grade, material standard, solution-treated condition, thread geometry, finished dimensions and inspection plan.

2205 is considered when 316L lacks the required strength or chloride resistance but super duplex or nickel alloy is not justified. Design must still check pitting temperature, yarıklar, weld proximity, galvanic couples and service temperature.

UNS S31803 and S32205 are related but not identical ordering designations. State one exact grade. Duplex phase balance and corrosion performance depend on chemistry and heat treatment; PMI alone cannot verify microstructure.
