Hastelloy C276 Flanşlar
Hastelloy C276 flanges are manufactured using the hastelloy C276 alloy composed of nickel, molibden, and chromium, along with inclusion of 50.99% nikel, 14.5% krom ve 15% molibden; it also contains carbon, manganez, silicon, sulfur, cobalt iron phosphorus among other components.
These flanges boast a high melting temperature of approximately 1370 °C while providing impressive tensile strength at least equal to or greater than 790 MPa minimum yield strength exceeding 355 MPA . Their outstanding corrosion resistance makes them suitable for both oxidizing & reducing environments all whilst maintaining structural integrity even under intense heat exposure, thus widely applied in industries requiring superior anti-corrosive properties like offshore oil drilling, enerji üretimi, petrochemicals gas processing, vesaire.
