Blind flange PEEK lined products are solid flanges designed to close the end of a pipeline, nozzle or pressure vessel opening. By combining a high-strength forged metal body with a PEEK contact surface, insert or liner, they offer reliable shutoff, excellent dimensional stability, strong wear resistance and improved performance in corrosive or high-purity applications. 1. Kiểm tra thành phần hóa học
Chemical analysis is carried out on the flange body material to confirm compliance with the specified grade such as A105, F316L or duplex stainless steel. Test results are recorded against the heat number and linked to the material certificate for full traceability.
