A duplex 2205 custom flange is a build-to-print component whose forging or plate material route is selected from the drawing, service and mechanical requirements.
What is a duplex 2205 custom flange?
Nonstandard drilling, hubs, seal grooves and envelope dimensions are manufactured to the approved revision. The selected product form determines the applicable material specification.
Dubleks 2205 combines high strength with resistance to chloride stress-corrosion cracking. Isıl işlem, phase balance, welding and service-temperature limits need engineering control.

ASTM A182 F60 applies to UNS S32205 forgings; ASTM A240 S32205 applies to plate. The two product forms should not be described as interchangeable without approval.
Product dimensions
A custom flange is controlled by the approved drawing. Standard references apply only to the features explicitly retained in that drawing.
