321 / 321H Stainless Steel Elbow
321 / 321H Stainless Steel Elbow is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel pipe fitting, engineered for use in high-temperature and corrosive environments. Grade 321 is particularly effective in resisting intergranular corrosion after exposure to temperatures in the chromium carbide precipitation range of 427–816°C. Meanwhile, 321H is the high-carbon version, designed to improve high-temperature strength and creep resistance, making it suitable for pressure vessel and structural applications at elevated temperatures.
These elbows are manufactured in a variety of angles, including 45°, 90°, and 180°, and are available in both long radius (LR) and short radius (SR) designs. They are widely used in heat exchangers, chemical processing plants, petroleum refineries, exhaust systems, power generation equipment, and aerospace components—where heat, pressure, and corrosion resistance are critical.
