Stainless Steel Flange
듀플렉스 2205 스테인레스 스틸 플랜지 are precision-engineered flanges made from a duplex stainless steel alloy consisting of approximately 22% 크롬, 5% 니켈, 그리고 3% 몰리브덴. This unique composition provides outstanding resistance to pitting, 틈새 부식, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. Compared to standard austenitic stainless steels like 316L, 듀플렉스 2205 offers roughly twice the yield strength, allowing for lighter designs without compromising performance.
These flanges are available in various types such as weld neck, 슬립온, 눈이 먼, 소켓 용접, 랩 조인트, and threaded configurations to meet different piping system requirements. They are commonly used in offshore oil and gas platforms, chemical and petrochemical plants, desalination facilities, 압력 용기, and marine environments where both high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance are critical.
