A high-strength chloride-resistant valve material for offshore, 화학적인, pulp and water applications. The wedge gate valve configuration is engineered for fully open or fully closed isolation with low open-position pressure loss.
What is a Duplex 2205 웨지 게이트 밸브?
A Duplex 2205 Wedge Gate Valve combines a ferritic-austenitic duplex stainless steel combining higher strength with improved chloride stress-corrosion and localized-corrosion resistance compared with common austenitic grades with a full-opening linear isolation design that raises a wedge out of a substantially straight flow path.
Duplex performance depends on balanced microstructure, correct solution heat treatment, controlled welding and component-specific material specifications. A wedge gate valve is not normally used for throttling because partial opening can produce vibration and seat or guide damage.
